This corporation is a group of pilots dedicated to advancement and exploration. We accept pilots of all levels from beginner to experienced and focus on working well together to help everyone continue to be successful in the universe. The corporation is built from pilots from all spectrums of the game so that we can have the ability to operate well in any given situation. At this point (the end of 2012) the Winter Conglomerate has been working on mission running, primarily combat level 4s and that can continue to happen if any pilot needs help or desires to make fleet runs of such missions. But the Conglomerate has always had larger plans for expansion. As we continue to grow we would like to combine the efforts of industrial pilots and combat pilots to work towards level 5 missions and the access of the rich outer realms of low, null, and wormhole space. But, we will do so with due caution, logic, and discretion. As a grand plan and summery we would like to eventually expand to owning systems (safely). The wealth from such operations can work to help players get into the game and to further the operations of the Conglomerate. As a final point, trust and loyalty is extremely important to this corporation. All the pilots here can and will always need to be able to trust other pilots within the corporation.
